1. Coconut oil:  Coconut Oil is one of the popular and effective treatments for dry skin. There are sufficient amounts of fatty acids that can compensate for any loss of moisture from the skin.
It contains proteins as well as vitamin E which helps to maintain moisture in your skin.

Step 1. Heat the coconut oil in the microwave or gas for a few seconds.

Step 2. Put it on your skin before bathing Massage it slowly so that oil can penetrate the skin.

Step 3. Wait 10 minutes, then take a shower

Repeat this once every day.


2.Honey: Honey is a natural moisturizer containing antioxidants, antimicrobial and humectant properties. It helps lock your skin in moisture to keep it smooth and smooth. Apart from this, it has anti-aging benefits for your skin.

For weekly use-

Step 1: Take 1 spoon brown sugar and add enough olive oil to make a paste.

Step2: Wet your skin, then place this mixture. Leave it for a few minutes.

6. Yogurt: Yogurt is an excellent kitchen component that can keep your skin hydrated, softens the skin and can fight with dryness. It can also help to heal the itching. It contains lactic acid, which helps to remove dead skin cells, hydrate dry patches and bring your skin to shine. Yogurt is very effective for dry skin.

Do this 3 or 4 times a week

Alternatively-

Step1: take  3 to 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder and a little gram flour.

Step 2: Mix these ingredients and make a paste.

Step3: Apply this paste on your face, neck, and hands.

Step4: Wait for 10 minutes, then scrub off the paste using wet fingers. Rinse off with lukewarm water and apply a light moisturizer.

Use this remedy 2 or 3 times a week.

7. Banana: Banana helps you to deal with dry skin and also moisturizes your skin. The amount of water in the banana keeps your skin moisturize. There are vitamins and antioxidants that provide benefits to help you maintain low-end skin. It also helps fight wrinkles and fine lines on your skin.

Step 1: Take 1/2 banana and mash it well, add 1 teaspoon honey and a little olive oil, and mix it well.

Step2: Put this paste on your skin.

Step3: Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it with normal warm water.

Do this one time a week.

8.Glycerin: Glycerin acts as a great remedy to get rid of dry skin. Due to the properties of moisturizing it, it helps your skin absorb and maintain moisture.

Step1: Mix equal parts of glycerin, rose water and lemon juice.

Step2: Put it on your skin before going to bed and leave it on your skin overnight.

Step3: Wash it with lukewarm water the next morning.

Repeat this remedy once every day.
