Ingredients:
  • Pumice stone
  • Loofah (natural or synthetic)
  • oil for massage
  • Any DIY body polish
  • Lukewarm water

Procedure:

Step 1: Take a hot(lukewarm) water bath or body steam to get the skin prepared. Alternatively, Take a full bowl of lukewarm water and a towel. Dip a towel in the water and squeeze it. Which gives steam to your skin. Now wrap the towel on your body. Which cleans your skin properly and polishes it. 

Step 2: After the bath... Now massage your body for 10-15 min in a circular motion. Use any oil(coconut oil, olive oil, or any other essential oils) for massage. 

Step 3: Apply DIY body polish to every part of your body and scrub in circular motions for at least 10-15 minutes. Try to little force as you apply your skin polish to remove dead cells. 
Make sure to exfoliate very rough areas with pumice stones. Our rough area is elbows, knees, and heels. Which are dry and rough. Use more body polish in such areas than others. 

Step 4: Now Rinse off the oil and body polish with help of a towel. You can also take a bath(avoid using soap).

Step 5: After Cleaning, Use regular body moisturizers on dry skin. (Note: if you have too much oily skin then you can skip this step).

1. Wheat flour, Gram flour, and Turmeric Body Polish: 

Wheat flour, Gram flour, and Turmeric Body Polish

Ingredients:-  4-5 Tbsp of wheat flour, 2-3 Tbsp of gram flour, 1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp almond oil, and Milk.

How To Make:- Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste. This DIY body polishing is best for getting glowing and whitening skin. It also helps to remove the suntan.


2. Rice flour, Coconut Oil, and Honey Body Polish:

Ingredients:- 4-5 Tbsp of Rice flour, 2 Tbsp of salt, 2 tsp of coconut oil, 1 Tbsp of honey, 1/2 Tbsp aloe vera gel.

How To Make:- Combine all the ingredients and apply them. It helps to get smooth and soft skin.


3. Sugar, Coconut Oil, and Coffee Body Polish:

Ingredients:- 2 Tbsp of grounded sugar, 2 Tbsp of coconut oil or almond oil, and 2 Tbsp of grounded coffee.

How To Use:- Mix all the ingredients and apply them. It helps to get full body brightening and helps to get rid of stretch marks.



 4. Oats, Lemon, and Rose Water Body Polish:

Ingredients:- 3 Tbsp of oats, 1/2 Tbsp of lemon juice, 1/2 Tbsp of turmeric powder, and 2 Tbsp of rose water.

How To Use:- Mix them properly. This body polish helps to remove sun tan & dead skin


5. Coffee Grounds Body Polish: 

Ingredients:- 1 tbsp of Coffee grounds, 1 tbsp of Sea salt,1 tbsp of Sugar,1 tbsp of Olive oil, and 1 tbsp of Honey.

How To Use:- Mix all the ingredients and your body polish is ready to be used. This body polish mainly helps in reducing cellulite and also makes your skin smooth and soft.


6. Strawberry and Sugar Body Polish: 

Ingredients:- 2-3 fresh strawberries, 4 to 5 tbsp of sugar, and 1 tbsp almond oil.

How To Use:- Blend the strawberries and make a pulp. Now Mix all the ingredients in this pulp and make a smooth scrub. It helps to give you amazing exfoliation through body polishing.


7. Green gram, Chickpea, and Almond Body Polish:

Ingredients:- 2-3 tbsp of moong dal powder (green gram), 2 tbsp of chickpea flour, 1-2 tbsp almonds powder, 1 tsp coffee powder, and rose water.

How To Use:- Mix all the ingredients well. Gently massage the mixture in a circular motion, on your body. This DIY body polish helps to treat blemishes, and dark spots, and reveal healthy skin.

Note: Don't use this body polish if you have sensitive skin.


8. Sugar, Cucumber juice, and Avocado Oil Body Polish: 

Ingredients:- 4-5 tbsp of sugar, 3-4 tbsp cucumber juice, and 2-3 tbsp avocado oil.

How To Use:- Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth body polishing paste. This paste is good for all skin types. 


Precautions for Body Polishing Treatment:-

There are some precautions you should be aware of.
