How to Get Bridal Glow In One Month:-

The date of marriage tells you a deadline and forces you to take care of your skin and health.

For this, you need to include simple changes in your lifestyle that will make your skin healthy and glowing naturally from the inside.

Below are a few tips, which you must follow at least 1 month before the wedding day.

1. Cleaning your face every day:-

This step is essential for every bride. It removes dirt, excess oil, pollution, and unwanted skin cells from your face. When your pores are clean and open, they can easily absorb skin creams and lotions in your skin, which end up giving you a radiant glow. You can skimpy in following your daily skincare routine, but not in daily facial cleansing.

Cleanse your skin every day before you go to bed and rinse it well with lukewarm water. Honey, lemon, aloe vera, and raw milk are great cleansing ingredients.

Homemade Cleanser: Take aloe Vera gel, honey, and extra virgin olive oil in a clean bowl and mix it well. Your own homemade cleanser is ready. Now apply it to your face using your fingers, and massage your face for a few seconds. Leave the cleaner to dry for 1-2 minutes. Remove the cleanser using a damp wipe, and rinse your face with lukewarm water. Use this cleanser every day to get clean and glowing skin.

Anti-Pollution Cleanser: Take 1 tbsp of grated tomato in a bowl. Add 1tbsp of yoghurt to it and mix it thoroughly. Use it 2-3 times a week in the morning.

2. Exfoliate your Face:-

There is one month left in your marriage, so it is necessary to pamper the face and body. Exfoliate your face to eliminate dirt from your face and increase blood circulation. It will make your face healthy and soft by removing toxins from your skin. When we apply makeup (especially on our wedding day) to dead and dull skin, makeup does not look good on our face. Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells from your face. So you have to Scrub your face and body twice a week.

You can easily make your own homemade scrub, which is very safe compared to other expensive scrubs available in the market.

3. Take extra care around your eyes:-

Take extra care of the skin around your eyes before marriage. Wrinkles or fine lines around the eyes make you look old and tired. As a bride, you should immediately start pampering the skin around your eyes and stop worrying because one of the main causes of dark circles and wrinkles is anxiety (stress).
