Semolina is a natural homemade scrub. It has various skin benefits. It removes dead skin cells and helps in getting rid of blackheads.

We can also use semolina as an anti-ageing face pack. If we use a semolina face pack along with some other home natural ingredients, it reduces skin tanning.

It makes your skin fair and white. Semolina scrub will give you healthy, glowing and spotless skin.


Semolina(Suji) Face Scrub



1. Semolina and Milk Scrub For Dry Skin:

Ingredients: 3 tbsp of Semolina, 4 tbsp of raw milk and 1 tsp of honey.

How to Make: Mix all the ingredients well and make a thick paste. Apply this mixture all over your face and neck. Massage with this facial scrub for 2 minutes. After that, wash your face with water. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.


2. Semolina and Curd Scrub For Oily Skin: 

Ingredients: 3 tbsp of Semolina, 4 tbsp of curd, and 1 tsp of aloe vera gel.

How to Make: Combine all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply this mixture all over your face and neck. Leave this scrub on your face for a few minutes. Gently scrub it and wash your face with water. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.



3. Semolina and Turmeric pack for Glowing Skin:

Ingredients: 3 tbsp of semolina, 1 pinch of turmeric powder, lemon juice, and 1 tsp of fresh cream or rose water.

How to Make: Mix well and make a paste. Keep the mixture aside for 5-10 minutes. Gently wet your face and apply this mixture all over your face and neck. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash your face with water. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
